I have a 2008 4runner and I am in the process of replacing my fog light bulbs with Hoen yellow endurance bulbs. First off is there a step by step guide to show me how to replace these and are they hard to replace?

So simple even a caveman can do it.
I also have a 2008 and my fogs are 9006 bulbs. I just put in Hella Optilux (yellow).
I can't recall if I was able to reach them from above or had to get to them from underneath (crap like that happens a lot after 50...), but all that's involved is to twist the bulb about 1/8th turn in 1 direction and pull straight out. There's a clip on the connector to unlock it and remove the bulb. Insert the new bulb at the connector, put it back in to the housing and turn to lock in-place. Some people prefer to undo the connector firstand then remove the bulb.
Check the Owners Manual. If I recall, there's a diagram.
