Replacing front shocks/springs

So when I first got this car, I replaced the shot up stock shocks/springs with Bilstein HD 4600's.

Fast forward 4-5 years, I want to replace at least the front with softer shocks (closer to a Cadillac ride) as I think the Billy's were a bit stiff for my liking. I can feel every little bump in the road and the I'm bouncing around the front like crazy.

Current setup:

FRONT: OEM springs / Bilstein 4600
REAR: OME 906 springs / Bilstein 4600 (no sag thanks to the springs)

Now I did some research and it seems that the KYB Gas-a-Just shocks are supposed to be just a little bit better than OEM shocks and less stiff than my current Bilsteins. I've never had KYB shocks so idk for sure but I'm willing to try it out.

NEW setup:

FRONT: '99 TALL Springs / KYB Gas-a-Just springs KG9025

I think I'll leave the rear alone as I feel like there's nothing wrong with them especially the Old Man Emu (OME) 906 springs.

My questions are:

1.) Are these the correct part #'s of '99 TALL Springs for my 01 Limited 4Runner?

Left SPRING - TOYOTA (48131-35350)
Right SPRING - TOYOTA (48131-35400)

2.) Is there another place I should order this from?
I've looked around and it seems the links above are the cheapest.
It's $133.39 for the left + $122.09 for the right spring + $25.97 for Shipping to Michigan.

= $281.45 TOTAL for parts/shipping.
