Replacing motor on the back window

Ok, how do I take off the plastic cover that is on the back window? I need to install a new motor for the window but I don't want to break off the plastic.

Its all held in by clips. I started with a flat head, then got another long one, since the clips arnt close to the edge, and stuck it in far, and just pryd down, with a rag between my screwdriver and the paint. Basically you just pop them all out, i forget how many there are. At the top of the window/trim it hooks over into the window slot, and you just slide it up and off after the clips are all popped out.

I was careful because i didnt want to break or make the color of the plastic lighten due to bending, but it does take quite a bit of force to get the first one started.

I have a small cover that pops off just left of center of the panel with a 10mm bolt underneath it. Maybe pop the snaps then unbolt that last? I have a '96, not sure if all inner panels look alike.

I recently replaced the lock back there, and the crappiest part of working on the inside of that rear hatch is the fact that you have to be sitting in the cargo area while holding the door from raising up, or let it go all the way up and work on it above your head!

I have been trying to figure out how to get that cover off without breaking anything for weeks. I don't know how I stumbled upon this thread but thank you guys.
