replacing spark plugs in 1991 v6 4runner

im having issues with removing the spark plugs in my 1991 toyota 4runner v6. if anyone has a how to video or can tell me how to do it, id greatly appreciate it

Imagine already taken care of; having said that, if plugs have not been changed in quite some time threads probly seized; some thing to do with hot/.cold and dissimular metal. Had simular problem and ended up spaying around the threads with penetrating oil then letting set couple hours. IMO, Kano Kroil is the best penetrating oil on the market; especially with the silicone based formula, kinda pricey but worth it. Anyhow, food for thought.
