Replacing speakers in 1997 4runner limited

I am looking to replace the rear speakers in my 1997 4runner limited., Can anyone tell me where the rear speakers are located and how to replace them? I would need to know where the speakers are located and what I need to remove etc to get to them.. All responses will be appreciated.

should be same as the front. pull off all the panels and you will see them

door panel removal has been covered a million times and the rear is the same as the front, here's a link:

The rear speakers are 5 1/4" (shallow mount) and have an odd 3 screw fastening style. I yanked one of mine out in 5 min to find that the nice Alpine Type R's I have won't fit without modification. I refuse to go shallow mount.

So what are you gona do? cut a hole in the door and use a spacer to push the speaker outward? I did that on my LC but my 4runner's interior is too nice to chop up. The shallow type are hard (impossible) to find if wanting to go with something close to or equivalent to Alpines unless you know something I don't.
