Replacing Stock Stereo

Does anyone know if there is any way to get an aftermarket stereo put in that doesnt have the stupid tray below it? You know because the Factory Stereo is a Double DIN. I don't want the cheap little tray. I want it to look more factory...ANY HELP PLEASE!!!

Depending on your budget and need, you can get double din streo with navigation or without a navigation system, or if you want factory navigation system you can get one form oemvalue.com for $1800. I am looking to upgrade mine to fatory navigation system that also has 4 disc in dash changer and blue tooth compatable. I am going to toyota dealer this weekend to see if i need any thing else to install with it. I will keep you posted
