Replacing the brake light switch (relay)

Hi there, having some difficulties replacing my brake light switch. I can see it right underneath the dash, and I got the electrical harness unhooked, but I was unable to see how it is fixed to the metal fixing. Is it just screwed in with the threads or is that a black nut on the other side? Any help would be appreciated.
