I just replaced all three on my '86 22re during a water pump replacement.
It actually was pretty straight forward. I had to bang on the tensioners alittle after loosening the bolts to get them to release but other than that it only took a few hours to drop all the belts and replace the water pump. You'll want to remove the fan shroud. I think it's 4 bolts that come out easily and that will give you alot more room to get your hands in there to work. You may also have to remove the skid plate to get to the bottom altenator bolts to release the tension. Do you have 2 or three belts. If you are going to go through the trouble to do 2 I'd do the last one also. I think I got all of them for around $35 dollars.

ya Im havin to replace the water pump as well so while Im at it Im gonna change the ps belt and the timing belt as well mine is the 3vze with no ac so only 2 drivebelts...
Cheers!
