Replacing the entire plastic / insert on an 08

Hello,

My friend backed into a car and dented her left bumper and broke that housing unit on her left brake and tail light. She can't afford the deductible right now. I'm not too handy but I was thinking I could replace the housing unit for the left brake and tail light.

Where can I buy a new one? Are they hard to install? Are there instruction / vid on the net?

Well... A Toyota dealer or a salvage yard may have the parts you need.
