Replacing XREAS with Shocks - Which coil springs for a smooth ride?

I heard Moog are decent coil springs, but will they make it a rougher ride or a smoother one on highway miles?

My goal is to keep the care fairly stock height, if it raises 1 or 2" I don't care much. However, I want to keep the vehicle a fairly smooth highway ride where I'm not feeling quarter sized rocks when I go over them.

Any suggestions? Going to install Bilstein 5100's btw.

maybe the moog 4runner springs might be softer than the fj springs.
i got no complaint about using the fj springs, i do have a constant weight in my cargo so that might help.

110 for all springs from rock auto and 360-370 for the shocks from total automotive, i say it was a good upgrade.

Have an '03 4run Ltd. Replaced Xreas last summer with yellow Bilstiens(4600's?) and FJ springs and ride on Mich LTX/MS 265/70R17 at 37psi, ride is very smooth.

Go with FJ Springs. Their slightly higher spring rate will help keep the LCA off the bumpstops. Stock 4Rs bottom out easily over speed bumps and the like...it’ll feel 10x better over them...
