Hoping to get some help here, I found a set of Retro-fitted headlights in the junkyard a few weeks back, Once I got them home and tested them, They did not come on with my headlight switch, but I could take each ballast/bulb combo and give it power directly, and they lit up just fine.
After a bit of research it seemed that the relay had gone bad and wasn't triggering the ballasts.
I ordered a new relay as well as new bulbs from TRS, tried them out with the new parts installed and I get the exact same result, I can hear the relay click on when I turn on my switch, I can hear the things opening up when I hit hi-beams, but the lights do not come on.
This is my first time working with HID's period, so I'm hoping someone with some experience will chime in and suggest something that may be wrong.
