Revo-2 LT265/70/17 installed today - oh yeah!

After shopping and finding out that revo's (LT or P series), here in Canada anyway, are so back-ordered were talkin late January for the next delivery, I found a local dealer with stock and pulled the trigger.

FYI they may be getting hard to get states side, apparently Bridgestone delivered a much smaller than usual Sept delivery in North American, no one know why - or so I'm told - just a heads up if you are looking to buy, if you see them grab them.

First report:

They look awesome and my runner FINALLY looks completely like a truck - not a truck with car shoes :dammit:

They were pricey, the LT's installed here set me back near 1400, that's for four not five, the P series would have been a hundred a tire less at Costco (Sams club Canadian equivalent)- but I could not have had them - B/O

I wanted the LT's, it's the little boy in me :banana: yes and I like driving up and over all kinds of things, the LT's should serve me much better than "P"s

I'd like to thank JB for his posted info it helped a lot, I owe ya a beer :cheers:

Right off- the handling is noticeably better than the stocker dunlops, crisper, controlled.

I've got like 2 km's on them so I'll have to let you know

Dealer said he set them at 45psi, it's an "E" load and a 10 ply tire by the way.

I'll check out rubbing on a warmer day but just looking it looks fine, lots of space I don't anticipate any issues at all as several others reported.

NOW I ready for winter - and other stuff.....:hungry:

At 45 psi a little stiffer than the dunlops, but surprisingly good, I'll give a better detail after I put on some miles...

Well Santa bought me a new P&S so here's the pics!! olice: and a tire update;

First, these are on a stock 08, no lift, no spacers, and NO RUB, forward, backward and lock to lock. I continue to be impressed with these tires, excellent grip on everything, after a re balance (I lost a weight right after install) theses run straight as an arrow, minimal hum (different but not louder than the stock dunny's) , and with the "E" load rating at 45psi running rail tracks and rough pothole roads is much more civilized. I'm itching for some deep snow.

Very nice treads Paul. I want these tires myself but I do believe I just missed the boat on the $70 rebate that bridgestone had for these. Looks like I might have to go for the General Grabber AT 2 now.
