I can't comment on the revos, but I've run the General's on my Tacoma for awhile. The Es are stiff and heavy, but I've never had a traction issue on or off road. Even in the rain with no weight in the rear I haven't really had any issues.

Which Grabber? The Grabber A/T is a wolf in sheeps clothing as far as all around grip. A surprisingly great off road tire!
The first question you need to ask is what kind of use will the tires be subjected to. I had the Revo's for a while. Back then I hardly went off the roads anywhere. But when I did, and as long as you air down the Revo's, they were just OK for light duty trails.
If you are planning on often heading out, the Grabber A/T's are a real bargain that offer plenty of surprising off road grip as well as on road grip plus they are quiet.

All boils down to if you like it being quiet. AT2 has more aggressive tread also a bit heaver.

I went with the revo because its lighter and quieter.

Coming from riding motorcycles and having sport to supersport tires. a half 1lb of weight on a tire is definitely substantial amount of feel when it gets rolling.

Something to do with inertia or something.. But I do feel it. Maybe not in a truck as much but im sure braking distance energy it takes to get it moving.

Dont get me wrong I probably can go with either tire but went with the revo's. Bue to not needing a lot of noise.

Both are good, I had the AT2s on a Tacoma and was happy. IMO get the ones you can get the best deal on.

I have the Generals. Snow rated, good traction and inexpensive. I used Tirebuyer.com and got a great deal.

Revo 2s are THE lightest Load E rated tire out there in size 265/70/17.

Revo2's were good until about 50% tread, then got really loud on my 4th Gen. I think the softer dual compound rubber was probably the noise difference. FWIW.

I have the Revos, I love the look/ tread design. They aren't that loud on the road, the only thing I can say negative about them is driving over puddles (mostly on the right side of the road), they do seem pull a little like the tire wants to hydroplane. Just my two cents

I put some grabber AT2s on a cherokee and liked them. Didn't put too many miles on them but they were quiet and seemed to grip well. They have the snowflake rating if that matters to you.
