So who couldn't use an extra $25?
Anyway, this comes courtesy of My Money Blog. Looks like Paypal has competition and sure enough if it ain't backed by big banks and is FDIC insured. Anyway, they're offering $25 for new accounts and then $10 for each referral, maxing out at $500. The following is an excerpt from the blog.
