Revtec Lift and Replacing Stock Shocks/Struts

Just wanted to run this by the board.....

My 1999 SR5 has about 166,000mi on her and I'm planning on replacing the stock shocks (originals) with some Monroe SensaTracs from rockauto.

In addition, I thought adding the REVTEC 3" lift would work out well.

I'm not offroading a lot, so I didn't want to go extreme OME or anything.....I'm I thinking along the correct path here?

Any suggestions to do otherwise? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I would do a search on spacers. The general consensous is spacers are a waste of time and money. If you have 166K you probably need new coils too. Save your time and money and get the SS Highlander coil kit. You will get a few extra inches and maintain a solid ride. I am just saving the money and doing the OME Complete Kit. I only want to have to it once.

If you are looking at the Revtek kit I have the front spacer with top plate for sale. $100 plus shipping. This way you only need you rear spacer (2.5 in) and you got yourself a 3 in lift for about half the price. PM me if interested.
