Rice krispies in driver door

Anyone hear that or is it just my truck? At low speed (even only 2mph) its snap krackle and pop from the area of the tweeter on the drivers door. It immediately stops once the truck comes to a complete stop. if I start rolling, its immediately back.

Things Ive tried:
Pushing on the area has no effect
The radio on/off has no effect
window up/down has no effect

Maybe i'll try turning off the truck while rolling to rule out electrical. But I dont think its electrical because it stops when the truck stops....

I'd hate to waste time pulling off the door panel and still have the issue.

I'll give it a shot but I'm fairly certain it's coming from the inside of the door, right near the tweeter/door handle area. It also makes the steady popping just rolling at 1mph(foot still on brake)- too slow to make rocks rattle around.I'm thinking maybe it could be that plastic sheet that's always in the door under the door panel. It is also Intermittent. Driving me nuts!

Are the lover door trim pieces loose or has a snap in tab maybe broken?

I can't stand squeaks, rattles and mystery noises!

Not sure if this will help but, on my 03 drivers door, the rubber seal makes a weird noise rubbing on the body. Doesn't do it all the time and I'm not sure what causes it. Try wiping that down or crack the door open next time you hear it.
