Riddle Me This, window ?

When using the auto up function for my passenger window, the window will go up, then half way down and stop. So, its actually a half way down function. Really annoying, obviously. And it happens both from the driver and passenger switches.

Any ideas? I'm hoping for some sort of easy to fix calibration issue?

I'd say it's the pinch protection. My old jetta used to do that because the window wasn't lined up just right, but the odds of both windows being that way seem a little slim.

Sounds like the window regulator needs to be reset.

Do you know how to go about resetting the window regulator?
