Ride Height Switch

Is the ride height adjustment switch on the center console supposed to light up orange when the headlights are on? I just noticed that mine is dark and never noticed if it lit up. If it is supposed to light up, do I need to replace the bulb or is the light built into the switch? Thanks for your help!

On my 03, the "Height Control Off" switch in the center console is illuminated when the headlights are on - specifically the word "Off" is lit up.

The switch that has arrows to adjust the height control up or down is not lit up when my headlights are on.

Thanks for your response. A few days ago, I went to Toyota parts and had them check if the switch should light up. Apparently, it should and I changed the bulb for $2. It is a 5 minute fix. The "off" only lights up on my other switch as well.
