Ride Quality with this kit?

my thinking is every one has a different opinion of what firm is, so you will get some that may say its too firm while others say it perfect. ive got the coilovers with rear fj springs, while i dont have that exact same kit, i might be wrong but sounds to me like you would rather have a plush ride, so since that kit you posted has new/different coils, i think it may be a bit firm for you, you might want to take a look at just the 5100 shocks, reuse the oem coils, & add a rear spacer, that might keep it closer to the ride you have right now but still lift it. Bilstein Height adjustable front and matching 5100 Rear shocks

I have this kit. It rode very much the same when installed. It didn't change until I added the bigger wheels and tires.

I didn't like the coilovers, it seemed like a really stiff ride and it felt like I could feel every single pothole I hit driving in the city, I had them on for 2-3K miles and ended up selling them and getting a pair of Icon adjustables, MUCH softer ride. I kept the bilstein 5100/toytec superflex combo in the back

Like Chaz suggested I would just get the 5100's with OEM springs.

Unfortunately the mid level kits just doesn't compare to the high end kits with regard to ride quality. IMHO bilsteins 5100 valving is closer matched to stock springs versus uprated linear springs.

Yes, this is half the price and then spacers in the back....cool.

Love these coils but are you V6 or V8

I love my height adjustables now. If you are a V6 they are a bit stiff and have too much preload at the factory pre set level. What i did to fix this was lower the clip one level to decrease the preload, then installed a toytec 1/4" spacer above the coilover to regain the height. It rides firm but not stiff, quiet, and man do they ever soak up the big bumps!!

If you got a V8 in the front which weighs a couple hundred lbs more they should be pretty sweet at the factory set level.
