Ridiculous search limitations

What is it with the limitations on searching in these forums? I want to find out about a 60,000 mile checkup, so I put "60,000 mile service" into the search block, and it tells me that I haven't put in the required minimum 3 words. Sorry, is "60,000" not considered a word?

I run into this all this time here, and it makes finding things here more difficult than it should be.

Can this be changed to 2 words? Or preferably, 1 word?

Just got my 60k done 3 days ago. I paid for the "factory service" which ended up being just shy of $300. There was a $600 60k option but I didn't think it was worth it at the time. I forget what more was included.

You can search the site using Google advanced search using any search terms you want... I think the search function integral to the site is limited to reduce server load
