Right Brake Light Bulb

So I found out today that my right brake light is out, however its not completely out. What I mean is that when I apply the brake the bulb does not illuminate but if the headlights are on the bulb is illuminated as usuall.

Now my question is: Should I just replace the bulb and everything will be fine or is there a short in the wiring?

Has anyone else experinced this problem?

sounds like a dual filiment bulb, and one has just diconnected. replace the bulb and you'll be fine. Just make sure you get the correct bulb, or other problems will arise.

Ok cool, Ordered a new bulb, hopefully that's all it is.
