right sagging lower than left

Your passenger side almost always has more weight in it than the driver side. The gas tank is heavy when it's full of gas. There's not much you can do about that other than replacing the rear springs.
Hmm, I did fill up lastnight. My springs OME MED are 12 mo old, so I doubt that's the case. Can anyone else measure that much diff between sides with a full tank. I don't like the look of it, might just stay at 1/2 tank from now on if that turns out to be the case lol. Ohhhhh this truck hahahaaa, never ending (-;

With full tank, measuring to bottom of rear bumper.
Driver side: 27.75"
Pass side: 27.25"
Does anyone else notice a sag with a full tank? I haven't gotten an empty tank measure yet, but will. My leafs are about a year old, surely not old enough for them to have weakened by much(and if so, why one side). I'm gonna measure my tires now, hoping one is that much off (didn't rotate/balance/ align for 16 mo, oops heh). Somebody plz measure up and chime in, gratsi!

Is it more in the front, or the back? look at your t-bars and see if they have the same angle.

not quit a 1/2 inch for me, but I just filled up and I do notice it now that you had to say something. DAM IT ! but he Im in the 275 club and my wife measured and I offest the weight of the gas tank to be Level.

Making a mountain out of a mole-hill, friend--1/2" is nothing to be concerned about, and I certainly wouldn't change my fueling habits over it (you'll hate stopping twice as often and stop that, anyway-LOL).
Ya, I bet you're right about that! I'm gonna have a friend see how it looks with me inside (180lb), just to know. It's not a big deal, in the big picture, I just don't want to hear "heyy broo, ur truck is listing, what's wrong with it?!" Haha, id prob hassle a friend with a leaner, for shats n gigs.
Hey bob, does yours suffer from it at all, being a diff generation. I never noticed it on my 4g or any other vehicle.

Yep, mine lists to the starboard side, too! Of course, mine has the old-spring saggy butt, but I'm sure anything short of buckboard springs will do it to some extent.
Almost to the end of said full tank.
Measured tonight and starboard side was ONLY 1/8" lower than port, and still not a totally dry tank. So I guess its all gas tank as sv ,hyde & bnut suggested. Kinda weird to me, but I guess sumting ill have to adapt to(left). Full tank > tilt, I reckon!

After I completely rebuilt the suspension on our 1990 4runner, I asked the tech at the dealer about that. He said that it is set by factory spec like that. With the suspension done, it only does it ever so slightly. It does not seem to matter if the tank is full or empty.

All Toyotas have the "Lean". Even brand new stock units don't measure even. You can trim up the rear by using a Trim Packer on the opposite side Front Strut.
On the older models that have Torsion Bar fron suspension you can adjust it by adjusting the torsion bars. You may never get all The "Lean" out of it, but you can correct some of it.
