I have an 08 SR5 with the radio controls on the left side of the steering wheel and no controls on the right. I found this part number online: 84244-35030-B0. Is this all I'd need to add the right sided controls? I'm a noob on this forum obviously, so please excuse my ignorance! I have an aftermarket radio that has Bluetooth for hands-free calling. Any idea if the conrols would even work since I have an aftermarket unit? How big of an ordeal would it be to install these if it actually is all I'd need? Thanks for the help!
