Rigid Dually Lights. Anyone running them? WOW!!

Hey guys, I just bought a pair of the 4 LED Rigid Dually lights. Holy Smokes them suckers are bright!! I wanted to buy some of the 6 LED's, but money wouldnt allow, so I settled for the 4. Man, one of the best buys ive bought so far.

Anyone else on here running them? Id like to know how they are holding up and how they actually perform off-road, since I just installed mine, its hard to tell. But wow, I cant even tell my headlights are on if I have these on!!

definitely on my to buy list, I was driving home one day and a guy almost blinded me with those, makes my PIAA 510's look like torch-lights :/

LOL, I was so hesitant to buy them today. Made sure they told me I could bring them back, lol. But after I installed them, and it finally got dark, they are unbelievable!! And like I said, I just bought the Dually 4 LED's, I dont see any need for anything more now. I am just in awe at how bright they are. The display in the store doesnt do them justice! They were an awesome buy at 160.00 including tax over the PIAA's I almost bought for over 200.00. And these have such a low amperage draw that I can use them for quite awhile without even having the engine running!! They dont have the "Classic" off road light appearance as the PIAA, Hella, or KC's, but that doesnt matter at all due to how well they work! Get you some man, you wont be disappointed!
 
Ok, heres a few I just took. I havent had a chance to adjust anything yet but here are a few pics in my driveway. Keep in mind, the LED's I bought are just the small 4 LED lights. They have the spots, floods, and the daylighters. I bought the daylighters because they sort of include both the spot and flood effect.

The LED's just give off a softer more white light that illuminates more area than what I have. I love em!!
 
To take light pictures you need to keep the same aperture and shutter speed. Otherwise your camera will always attempt to even it out.

Set it to manual if you didn't already.

I know a few people who run LED on their motorcycle. Two of those little LED's does A LOT. I'd love to run their 3x2 light set-up on my next bike. Maybe run 4 spots and 2 floods.

Right now I have a 8" HID race light, which itself is pretty cool, but it's also more "involved". LED is the future. HID is old school now =). They still make incandescent? :)

LOL, not a camera guru! Got an awesome Nikon D90, but I dont know enough about it to do any good!

Get em! You wont be disappointed! I sound like a sales rep, lol.

So they are 180 on ebay? Maybe where I bought them from calculated wrong? But I was at 151.00 before tax, and 160.00 out the door! I couldnt pass them up, and now that ive seen them at night instead of seeing them on their display, im sure glad I didnt pass on them.
 
I'm super interested in some good led lights for my roof rack. Can you speak to how far they throw the light? I know led light is blinding but in terms of my flashlights, they just don't seem to get the light the distance the incandescent ones do, if that makes any sense.

Flashlights are probably a wide beam. You can get these (or I know of ones you can get) them in both flood and spot patterns.

Check out some of the light set-ups on the new Baja rigs. Some have huge light bars on the front and top. drool.

I know my camp headlight which takes two AAA batteries, when on spot light mode can shine pretty damn far! 140lumens. Farther then any flashlight of equivalent value. (50$)

I recently finished up a customers truck and did 2 10" SR series floods on the roof. I really would recommend the floods over the spots. Even being a flood pattern they easily would throw light well beyond the distance of the high beams, totally unreal. Since I sell them I'm planning on doing all LED's on mine as I build it up, really is nothing that can compare to them.

From what I can tell so far, they get out there pretty far. I know when I had them on last night, I couldnt see my headlights anymore. Their site gives the distances for them if you want to check it out.

Yeah, they have these in 3 different types, the spot, the flood, and the diffusion. I got the flood because its pattern was right in the middle. They have great distance and have a wide pattern as well to light up more of the side of the road!!

Heres a pic of mine mounted. Nice to hear someone else chime in who has them! I mounted mine right beside my bigger lights, now id like to get one of the 6" lights to put in the middle. These are small enough that they will fit anywhere!!

Yeah, im just running the floods. I like their output way better than all of the others! They are great.

2 10" bars would be hella' bright for sure, but also like 800 bucks or something crazy too. i notice they have a "driving" beam in the dually d2's. they give specs but its hard to make sense of light specs without actually seeing the light. ebay has a pair of the d2's for 360 free shipping...hmmmm
