Rim and Tire Selectoin

Alright guys, I know everyone gets annoyed by rim and tire questions however, I've done my research and still need a little help. I'm looking to get 16x8 rims with 4" of backspacing. On the website it says that there is something like a -11 to -12mm offset. Should I worry about this, or just get them anyways? Thanks.

P.S. I got my first paycheck for the summer and I'm ordering my OEM lift kit tonight!! :trophy:

I see no one else replied so I'll give it a shot. First of all its spelled selection

Second I think these 4runner rims are hub centric as compared to lug centric rims. So you have to be careful as vehicles with hub centric rims do not necessarily have strong enough lug bolts to hold the weight of the vehicle. The hub holds the weight of the vehicle. Someone back me up on this or tell me I'm off my rocker because its late and I've been drinking. Happy Friday!
