Rims for 33"+ tires

I was wondering what Rims do people run with 33"+ Tires?
I have OEM 245/60-R20 (31.6") and they don't have much room available. Plan to go with 275/70-R18 (33.5").
Looked on the forum and see many have 33s and some even 35s. Unfortunately people generally not specifying rims size and offset/backspacing in their posts.

I have heavily modified '05 4Runner with 35s and 5" lift. I have ARB front bumper there and did a body mount chop to fit the tires, so I know the general rules of Tires & Suspension.
I have a set of 285/65-R18 (32.6") I on my other vehicle and trial fit them on front of 2016. Those were mounted on 18x9 -12 offset rims. The set rubbed significantly on the front bumper and mud flap, I'd assume it can rub to the body mount in off-road.

So my question is basically what Rims size and backspacing do people run here with 33s and up, and do you have body mount rub with your setup.

Im on 33x12.5x17, wheels i got are 17x9 -12 with a 1.25 wheel spacer

I have 17x9 -12mm with 285/70r17 KO2's (32.7"). I have dealt with a fair bit of rubbing, but with that backspacing prettying much the entire 1.5" width over stock all goes outside of the centerline, so the track width is about 3" wider and the vehicle looks way better. I considered sticking with my Trail wheels since I like the look, but I would have run them with spacers, so I just decided to sell my stock wheels and put the $ towards new ones.

Does anyone run 18x9 Rims?
What off-set did you go with? The common ones are -12, 0 or +12...

mines on 18x9 0 offset but running spacers. I would run -12 as I did with my 20x9
