So before I get to my question I'll give some background information on the topic.
My 4runner is blue and I was wondering if black rims would look good one a blue truck. So my buddy and I were bored yesterday and decided to take his black TRD spare rim off his FJ and put it on mine (I think he's running 265/65-16 BFG A/T, something like that) needless to say it looked pretty damn good so now I'm on the hunt for some black rims for when I get some new tires after the summer.
When we put the tires on, the caliper seemed to be rubbing the inside of the rim so it did not fit perfectly.
My question is, are the brakes on the limited bigger than the sport and SR5, because I know the SR5 comes with 16" rims so I would think 16's would fit
? Or is it the TRD rims just aren't for a 4runner?
Also, if any of you guys are running black aftermarket rims, any pictures? I found some but the selection wasn't that great.
The ones I liked were the American Racing ATX Predator's in black. Anyway let me know, thanks in advance.
