Rims on my '88

I know these old rims are pretty beat but could they be saved? And at what cost? Could a guy clean them up by hand and paint?
She's a pretty nice truck for an East Coaster,, lots of potential and not needing too much work to get her to where i want.

Short list:
Windsheild, Tires, Exhaust, Lift about an 1" Rims,, maybe. Clean up the frame and some tranny work

WOW !!!!.......you could prob sandblast them then paint maybe, but i would take the rubber off to do it

Just go spend about a hundred bucks and get some new wheels and mount your tires on them...
