Purchased an item from Rjsimeon and when it arrived, it was broken. Contacted him immediately and would not refund my money. Actually, he ended up accusing me of breaking it and all I did was remove it out of the box. Guess I should have left it in there! Also, he overcharged me $20 for shipping. Buyers beware!
Just thought that I would add...the item I purchased was a cargo cover, so not really sure how I could have broken it by removing it from the box!!! At his request, i sent him a video proving that it didn't work't and of course he didn't respond. Prior to receiving the video he said he would enter a claim with USPS since he insured the shipment, but of course he didn't do that either. Again, buyers beware!
