Road Fell Through

I was just wondering. First of all, does anyone know if Handcart Gulch Trail has opened? And I know the road fell through last year. Do you think a stock 4runner can make it through? Starts around 4 minutes. YouTube - Red Cone Cheatin Death

Handcart Gulch Trail/Webster Pass
Last year I attempted it in a stock 4th gen. 4Runner (from
the south) except turned around at the start of the switchbacks. I would
like to attempt it again this coming weekend in our 4runner, but was
wondering about the status of the road towards the top. I know there was a
washout but is it safe to travel? Or is it safe to travel up with the
4runner? And for my second question, how is the condition of the boggy spot
in the middle of Handcart Gulch? Thanks so much!
