Does anyone have any suggestions to remove yellow road paint from my wheel wells? I have a little spot on my paint as well. Any suggestions are extremely welcomed!

I would try a clay bar on the paintwork - on the wheel wells that's going to be tricky to get at and a clay bar up there is going to be covered in dirt in seconds - you may want to live with it if it is not too bad or use this as an excuse to get some rust proofing coating up there.

I wouldn't even worry about wheel wells. Most of 4-R's have them sprayed @ the factory with protective oily goo. Therefore, that yellow is there not for long. Just drive around for couple seasons and you wont know splaters were there. Do not sweat small things;):

Yep, I would try claying the painted area. On the wheel wells you could try using a long brush and some heavy duty cleaner. Since they have that stuff sprayed up in there, so it might break loose. Another thing you could do is to spray over it with some flat black paint, but be careful not to get overspray on your truck. The last thing you could do is just to live with it for a little while it just fades out.

Thanks!

Thanks for all of your help. I'll give them all a shot. Sad thing is my 4Runner is 2 months old.

It will be fine. I had a 1/4" round chip in my hood within 2 weeks. At least you will be past that anxiety of having the first thing happening to it, if that makes since.
