Road Trip to Inuvik - Yukon Canada

Advice!.
In mid August I'll be driving my 2003 4 Runner V8 up though northern BC and then on into the Yukon. Quite a lot of the trip will be on gravel roads. No worries as I drive the logging roads on Vancouver Island when fishing quite frequently. But here on the island I am never too far from a parts supplier.
But up north this may not be the case. So please would anyone be able to recommend 'good' quality headlight and windscreen protectors to put on my 4 Runner? There seems to be a lot of brands on offer but 'how to choose a well made 'make'?

Not exactly sure what your after? Headlight covers or actual protection for the front end of the vehicle in case of wildlife?

You will want good aux lights (depending on the time of year, mind you) and also a solid front bumper might be a good idea. Maintenance will still be your #1 friend though when areas get remote.

Enjoy the trip... Yukon is unreal. I drilled on a exploration gold mine for a season and it was one of the best times of my life. Great people, great place! Make absolutely sure you swing down to Atlin BC as well (can only get there front the Yukon).

How many spare tires are you taking? I would figure it would in your best interest to take two spares?
