What do you prefer angled or flat and why ? Top plate or No Top Plate why ? Does snow and Ice ever build up on top of rocksliders when driving ?
Thanks

Mine are angled up as much as possible (which isn't all that much) since I do use them as sliders. They're still useful as steps when needed for that function. No top plates, both b/c the sliders are so tight to the body and to avoid the expense and weight penalty. If you're going weld-on, I did the research and 4x4 Innovations offers an unbeatable combination of low cost, reasonable shipping expense (way lower than most), and solid quality.
