I was bored and reading all the TSB applicable to my '04 and found this TSB referencing an issue with my windshield trim that I have. But the interesting part is right at the bottom of the TSB it indicates that when removing the roof rack you need to replace the one-time use seals at the bottom of the bolts.
I remembered some members complaining of leaky roofs after installing new racks or reinstalling the old ones. You can probably use a sealant like FIPG or what ever. But if you want to get new seals, they are P/N 63437–60020.
