I have an '06 SR5 with the factory roof rack and I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with the rubber moulding under the roof rack coming out of the channel? I went into one of those touchless automatic car washes the other day and when the blower was on its return pass over the vehicle the moulding popped out of its channel and flopped over the drivers side of the truck. Since there was only about 4" left in the channel I just pulled it out and tossed it in the back. Once I got home I left the truck in the garage over night to warm it up and pressed the moulding back into the channel. It seems to just slip under the roof rack mounts and friction fit into the channel. That was about a week ago and it hasn't come out at normal highway speeds but I haven't been through another car wash yet either. I guess if it comes out again I will either go see the dealership or just use some weatherstrip adhesive to permanently stick it in there.
