Roof rack help!

My friend has a 97 Limited and has the vertical roof rack things... but doesn't have the ones that cross perpendicular to the vertical ones... preventing him from putting a ski rack on or anything of the sort... why? help?

Do you mean crossbars? I don't believe those don't come with any model. You have to purchase them aftermarket.

OK your friend has the ones that go front to back? but not from driver to passenger side? Also the ones running from front to back do they have the slots in them or are they solid? I have my factory ones from when I went to the Baja Rack.

I'm not sure, I'll have to ask. How much would you sell them for?

I know the local junk yard sells them complete for $75 so I dont know maybe $40-$50 will try to take pictures of what I have and post them and you can let me know what you or your friend think is fair.

roof rack

I just saw a pair on ebay for $85. They're titled 98 T4R OEM Roof Luggage Rack Crossbar Set. I was going to get them but they don't include the long vertical pieces that the cross bars slide up and down on. If anyone has a complete set and wants to sell them please let me know.
