Roof rack mounts only manufacturer?

Looking to buy only the 4-6 mounts to then fabricate my own rack off of. Reached out to a few manufacturers of racks, only heard back from one, but they required a previous valid purchase of a full rack to provide a custom cost quote.

Anyone aware of a manufacturer that will sell the mounts that bolt to the factory rail mounting points?

What exactly do you mean by mounts? Almost every rack company has a different way of mounting to the roof, some use a solid full length rail, some use feet, some require spacers, etc

Best example I can come up with is something along the lines of the feet Gobi racks have, where they bolt into existing points on the 4runner and the rack bolts onto the feet.
