I would to like to know. I lost one haha

I lost the end caps as well; scrounged in junkyards and replaced them.

There's a weak narrow plastic bridge between the point the cap is screwed down and the front of the end cap. I'd guess that air gets forced under the cap and constant vibration flexes that weak point, snaps and the cap flies off. When I replaced the end caps, I found the remnant plastic piece still screwed down to the roof.

I ordered some actually last week and will be getting them tomorrow so if they are correct I will let you know!

I got my factory roof rack off and test fitted it on my wifes Nissan Versa but she hated it lol.
So far i have the floor on my new rack welded up and need to gind a friend or two to help me throw it up on my roof so i can come up with mounting legs. Im probably going to use the stock bolt holes then drill and make mounting legs up infront on each side of the sunroof. I wned up with a floor size of 50" x 98" so i can fully support a sheet of drywall.

I also just received a 44" LED light bar for the front of my rack and two work lights for each back corner!

Anyone know where you can actually order them from? I tried the local dealership, but they said they couldn't.

Perfecto! Bought them from Camelback Toyota Parts if anyone is interested!

Just need to drill the bolt holes in my mounts and bolt her down!
It took me about two days to build and paint with bedliner. Floor dimensions are 98"x 50" so i can haul drywall or whatever and not pinch my fingers while loading/unloading.
