Looks like the Megawarrior. Yakima › Shop › Cargo › Gear Baskets › MegaWarrior

Which is wider than the standard Loadwarrior: Yakima › Shop › Cargo › Gear Baskets › LoadWarrior

I used to have a loadwarrior and it was just right as far as width. I think the megawarrior is too wide and looks out of place on a smaller SUV like a 3rd gen. It will fit though.

Hmmm.. interesting... Maybe if price is right I'll go check it out. Need one for trip to CO and have too many other bills to spend a grip on one right now (wedding :ybrick:)

Thanks Rip

Anytime. But seeing as the ad does not actually specify, It may still be a loadwarrior. My money is still on megawarrior though.

And congrats on the wedding.

It's a yakima alright. As stated above though, hard to tell from pictures, if you got the measurements it would be as easy as comparing it to the specs online.

I have the megawarrior on mine as it has additional width to carry stuff. I personally prefer the looks of it to the loadwarrior. It's no wider than the flanks of the vehicle though it is slightly wider than the top of the truck.

It really comes down to preferance. Some hate Yakima's as they sit higher than the rola's.

I'll get a pic of mine up in a bit. I haven't taken a pic since I got it last year.

This is the only good picture I have of the old loadwarrior from behind. Add 4" to each side and you have the megawarrior.
