Roof rack removal

Does anyone have a diagram of how to remove the factory 2004 sr5 roof racks from the car? I remember seeing a diagram one time on here but when I searched I couldn't find it again

shouldn't that difficult, just remove the caps on both end, unbolt it, and your done.

Had it bookmarked. Real easy to do. You can use a screwdriver, but I found it too big; use something like a small hook tool to feel where the clips are. Slip it under the plastic (between the plastic and rubber pad) and feel where the clips are, then out pull gently.

The rails are easy once you gets the end caps off.

Oh and I have some extra landing pads from Yakima laying around, will those fit the roof via the track that currently has the factory rack mounted on it? They are Yakima landing pad #1s
