Roof Rail Anchors

While removing roof rack and putting stock rack back my front passenger anchors got pushed down. Any help on how to fix this? Thanks

They got pushed down into the headliner I think I'm going to have to remove the headliner

no but it happened yesterday when i was putting the factory rails back on, luckily no rain and i sealed the holes for right now
