Sorry if it's been brought up already- I didn't see it anywhere- but have you made mounts for a curved bar on a 3rd gen? Your brackets are beautiful.

Those upside down Toyota emblem with horns mounts are gaudy AF!

Hi, any word yet on the 41.5" roof mount for the 4th gen 'runner??? Dying to get one!!!
Thanks
Tyler.
Or if you could email me I might just get a 50" if you don't have the 41.5

downpour11 Have you or any customers that you know of installed the brackets using rivnuts in the body? Seems like it would be a much sturdier way to mount them.

It's plenty sturdy with the self tappers, I use the mount regularly to hold onto when I'm moving stuff around on the roof.

I've actually installed it with rivnuts. Aluminum ones from harbour freight. I had the self tapping screws but didn't like if. Plus they stuck out to much.

I have the same problem with them sticking out too much, I meant to go get pan head screws to replace them but never did, it's been like 10 months now lol.

Not sure how active Downpour11 is on the board still, but does anyone know if there is a discount code or if the price listed in the post is old?

Slag Factory lists these mounts for the 3rd Gen as $150.
Just trying to confirm what the price is suppose to be before deciding on these or the Relentless ones for $99.

One more ? to ask, it lists 41.5" what would need to be adjusted to fix a 42" straight or Curved bar?

Thanks all.

A 42" will fit just fine.

OK stupid question time,,,,,,, Can you go thru the non touch-less car wash with these light bars the way the mount sits?

50 inch Curved Mount for 4th gen

4th gen mounts for a 50" straight bar are done and being cut and powder coated this week.

I have some people wanting 4th gen mounts for a 41.5" bar, so those are next (same design, just for a 41.5" instead), then we are going to make them for a 50" curved bar.

I was wondering if you have any pictures of the 50" mount on. I have been searching for a while on here and have only found 50" straight mounts.

I keep wondering this every time I drive by a car wash. I have yet to try it. I had gone through one with my FJ with a Bajarack on it. After ripping a few of their streamer washer thingies they stopped allowing me to go through.

With the light bar I am afraid those streamer things would just rip the bar off.

I would love someone to try it and report back.

I've gone through a few non-touch-less car washes with mine with no issues. They're not the same mounts as these (I made mine), but they're similar in location and installation. Once I had to re-align the bar as the carwash fingies tilted the bar to point to the sky.
