Rosen TY0840 Nav. 4th gen

So, i've been looking for a nice nav. unit with iPod/iPhone for a while that won't look cheap in my truck. I'd love an OEM unit, but it seems like its going to be a huge PITA to find one.

Anyway, i was on crutchfield today and the Rosen TY0840 Navigation Receiver was listed as the "staff pick." It's a good looking unit but its pricey. Does anyone on here have experience with this unit? Pics? Thoughts?

Btw, i have an 05 SR5, non JBL, non RDS (from what i can tell).

Did you ever install this?

If so: how did the install go, are you happy with the unit? Any pros/cons, would you recommend it? Did you have any problems w/ the install? Do you have the JBL? Did you get the JBL adapter (if JBL). Did you take any pics, if yes, post pls. Thanks..

I just installed mine 0840 yesterday, took 1.5 hours including installing the steering wheel controls I got from toyota and the mic....and now its on sale for 699, at crutchfield, i paid more for it....so far it works good, easy install, pretty much plug and play...and it looks factory when its done...ive got an 07 sport with no jbl...I didnt hook up the TPMS function or satellite, or camera, +did the ipod adapter though

Could you kindly give us an update on your experience with this unit? I'm particularly interested in knowing how the bluetooth call quality and steering wheel controls work?
