You have moisture built up in the evaporator it needs to vent out over a few days.

1) Clean the cabin filter or replace.
2) Try not to use the A/C for a day and operate with fan only.
3) Turn off the A/C, and run FAN only at least 5 min before you reach your destination for at least a week.

If this doesn't work take it to the dealer!

Another thought...do you happen to be rolling down your rear window when you turn off your A/C? It happened to me the first time I drove with my rear window down and the A/C off, you get a whiff of sulfur from the exhaust. There are a bunch of threads on this. But, if it is definitely coming from the vents, it is likely what the poster above mentioned.

Pocket Rocket is right, in general turn off the AC just 30 seconds before you park and it will keep this from happening. I have heard that on some Cadillacs the computer will turn on the fan after you park just to blow out any moisture and keep this from happening. Pretty smart.
