Rough running 2004 V6

Anyone have a part number for this valve and pictures/description where it is located? I have been having some rough running issues and want to replace this to see if that is what may be causing it. The rough running isnt always constant, and it seemed to appear after replacing the spark plugs (got new ones from the dealership) and re-oiling the air filter (K&N). I also did an oil change at that time. I took the air filter out and for some reason it started *Dripping* oil off of it. I cleaned the entire air intake track, throttle body, etc, which were all clean but it is is still running rough. I am now back to OEM air filters. I have checked all hoses and electrical fittings and everything is good to go. I was thinking of trying the Auto-RX stuff as I have heard good things about it. Any ideas what to do? Should I change the plugs again?

Did you clean the MAF sensor? Also when you were changing the plugs did you accidentally drop one? You may have a cracked insulator. Also I don't see a picture of a valve.

No...the spark plugs were prestine when I put them in (at least I didnt drop them...dont know about the stealership, but they looked good). Yes, I pulled and cleaned the MAF sensor with electronic component cleaner. It is weird as some times the engine runs super smooth (rarely now), and sometimes it just feels really rough while accelerating. I can feel a vibration from through the steering wheel and pedals, but I had the tires balanced twice by 2 different shops and they came back great. When the car is parked I can rev the motor and it isnt as smooth as it was before the spark plug change/filter cleaning and oiling.

You need to check your coils. One might not be working right. Make sure all the coils are seated properly. I believe there is an ohms check but I don't have the numbers. You might even have a faulty spark plug. Buy and extra one and start replacing them one by one and see if it makes a difference. Good luck!

That is what I was thinking. I will check them all. Thanks. It is weird as some times it is smooth as hell, but lately is just rough when just above idle hits while accelarating.
