Rough Start

I'm having an issue that's pretty infrequent but wanted to get everyone's opinion. I let the truck sit over the weekend and went to start in Monday morning for work. When I started it the whole engine shook (thus shacking the whole car) for about 3-5 seconds after starting then it cleared up. If I has to guess it was almost as if the engine was starving for gas but I had a full tank.

Here is what I have

New plugs / wires
Had the service where the top end was cleaned
New Air filter
no vacuum leaks that I know of, replaced all the old hoses
No codes

I do have the original fuel filter and I'm thinking that may be it. Anyone else seen these symptoms? If so, what was it?

Fuel filter is an easy one to replace, definitely needs done no if it is original. Trying cleaning the MAF and throttle body. Make sure you use the correct cleaner for the MAF as it is a delicate sensor. Sea-foam treatment is something to try as well to help clean some gunk off the valves and cylinders.

Also check your ground wires. A bad ground could limit the flow of electricity, affecting spark intensity, etc. even though they are new.
