Round Rock Toyota Shameful!

Lindsey from the sales department got my information from true car knowing that I wanted a white 4Runner trd pro which is my dream car that I have been trying to buy for the past month. She called me last week saying that the car is being shown at the xgames and confirmed that it was white which is the color that I really want. She reassured me it was white and called me several times to confirm that I was still interested and that they will get it back once xgames is over with. Fast forward to today, Tuesday 6/9/15, Lindsey calls me in the morning telling me that the car is coming later on today. I told her to call me once the car is on their lot. Excited, I took time off. Got my finances prepared and my car cleaned and ready to be traded in. Lindsey calls me around 3pm and I jump in my car and make the 45 minute drive. Once their, I waited another 45 minutes for the car to be ready and pulled up for viewing.

GUESS WHAT!!! The car is orange! The only white I saw was from some bird poop left on the hood. Another salesman apologized and said Lindsey must have made a mistake but still tried to sell me the car or order another from them. I then demanded to speak to a manager and he apologized and said the same thing while Lindsey probably hid in her office because she never came out to explain herself or apologize to me. I really feel like this dealer played me with the old bait and switch scheme. They had me come for the car of my dreams and once their they tried to sell me something I didn't want. SHAMEFUL on round rock toyota! I should have been driving home right now with a new car. Instead I drove 1.5 hours back to downtown Austin through awful rush hour traffic.

It is disappointing. But inferno is the only color for a TRD Pro, I saw in the Gulf State Region Territory right now. I wonder when the next white TRD Pros are coming into port? The white Trail Premiums are not showing up either. Only the whites left are in all the other versions.
