First off, I did do a lot of searching but couldn't come up with the info to assist me.
I have a 99 Sport with the RS3000 VIP alarm. I have the original owners manual for the RS3000 alarm for it so I'm sure that is what is installed and not the RS3200.
Purchased it last year with no key fobs. Ordered key fobs for this system, in grey which is my understanding what they used this year.
I looked under passenger and drivers seat for the ECU to push the green button for the code. No ECU under either seat. Under the drivers side dash was able to locate the Glass Break Sensor but that was it.
Where the hell could it be? Everything works correctly in passive mode (alarm arms itself is doors closed and no key in ignition) but want the convenience of using the alarm fob.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
