Rs3200 Plus/tvip V5 Installation Help Needed!

I need some serious help installing the RS3200 Plus for my 2004 4Runner SR5. I purchased the alarm system 2 years ago for over $200 and I still haven't installed it yet.

I read over the instructions, enlarged several of the diagrams, and even tried installing it twice. I got as far as Fig. B2 (connecting the 4P and V5 Harness).

Is there anybody in Southern CA who has experience installing one of these units? I'd be willing to pay you for your time.

Please PM me if you're available to help. I'm down in SD, but I'm willing to drive up to LA to get this done.

I installed it in mine about a month ago. Nerve wrecking, but easy and doable.

If you have some questions I'd be more than willing to give you my input.

Does anybody else have additional comments, tips, or suggestions about the RS3200 PLUS alarm installation?

Is there wire splicing involved? Is it just wire stripping and clamping?

How high should the noise sensitivity meter be set to?

Any potential problems I should be concerned about?
