Rubbing after 285's

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been covered before, but I am in a hurry and do not have time to wade through pages of chat.
I will include a few pictures for helping me out!

Anyways, went from 265 BFG ATs to 285 Destination MT's

Had a mean amount of rub on my limited flairs with my 1.5 wheel spacers.

Took the spacers off, cured rub, but now I rub on the frame at lock, and the UCA at... sometime I'm not sure.

My rig is used extensively off road, and I can't let this continue. I feel I only need about a .5 to maybe .75 of space to clear the frame and UCA, and hopefully not mess with my limited flares, but I don't see anyone running those.

I could try the 1.25 spacers, but I don't want to get them and not have them work, anyone been here with any advice? I have already smashed the pinch weld, and I could trim the flares, but one is only just hanging on due to an incident off road a few years ago..
I do also have a 1 inch body lift

As promised:

As said above, new wheels may help. I got new wheels with 4.5" backspacing, versus the 4 5/8" from stock. I have about an inch between tire and UCA and I only rub (barely) at full lock on the bottom of my front valance. I didn't have to pound the pinch weld in, and I don't have a body lift. Only other thing I can suggest is to grind down the inside part of the flare.

u could also just play around with wheel spacers. you will want just enough to clear the uca and not too much to hit your fender

I was in the same boat as you for a little bit. I had to trim my flares on the inside. Sure it may not look pretty but it's not a big deal. Grind the pinch weld as flat as you can. I ran 1.25" wheel spacers with mine. I think it seemed to be ok. Try Bora wheel spacers. They make a 1". Might need to grind down your studs though. Measure your stud length before you make your decision.

Was this with the 2" lift, or with the LC lift and the fronts cranked up?

I plan to run 285s for my next set. My solution is to go with new UCAs from light racing. They will correct your caster if you are lifted and allow you to clear the UCAs on stock wheels. I posted a link a few days ago where you can buy them for under 400 bucks. I hate the way my Runner drives with no caster in the front end. It feels like a shopping cart going down the highway, which can make any drive over about an hour very tiring. Its bad enough that I am thinking of taking off my lift until I can get a set of control arms. My main reason for buying the Runner was that I can take it on the beach, but I am tired of fighting the front end for 2 hours to get there.
